Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph is required.
Position Overview
Red Lake Consulting is seeking a Target Digital Network Analyst to conduct end-to-end target development, digital network exploitation, and pattern-of-life analysis in support of national security objectives. The TDNA will fuse SIGINT, OSINT, and classified data sources to produce high-confidence targeting packages and operational recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced target digital network analysis using customer tools (e.g., Analyst’s Notebook, Palantir, Voltron, Proton) to map personas, devices, and infrastructure.
Develop and refine target profiles through metadata analysis, geolocation, and social network mapping.
Exploit mobile applications, VoIP, encryption protocols, and dark-web communications to identify access vectors.
Author serialized reporting, target packages, and SIGINT product reports (SPRs) in accordance with ICD 203 standards.
Collaborate with collection managers to task and optimize sensor placements for persistent coverage.
Brief senior leaders and operational planners on findings and mitigation strategies.
